MEET NIIKA

Niika shares Ayurveda for Women

I was always sensitive, growing up.

Then as a young single mother, I struggled with low energy and chronic illness symptoms. I tried EVERYthing modern medicine, Chinese medicine, alternative medicine and integrated medicine had to offer. It was an amazing journey and I learned so much. But nothing “did the trick” completely.

Eventually I got sick of being a patient.  Instead of looking ceaselessly for an end to my suffering, I shifted my aim.
I wanted to take charge of my LIVING!

I knew I needed to learn to understand myself, and assess my own dynamic needs and develop the skills to meet them.

I wanted to learn the secrets of how life works–especially MY life–and LIVE!

As a young single mother, I struggled with low energy and chronic illness symptoms.

I wanted to take charge of my living. I wanted to learn to understand myself, to assess my own needs and meet them.

I wanted to learn the secrets of how life works. I wanted to learn how to LIVE!

And so began my nearly 20 year immersion in Ayurveda, the art and science of how to heal and how to live.

What a blessing to discover that no–I was not just like everyone else–but had my own unique qualities–as do you!. What a relief to start understanding my own situation, and how to take care of myself well. And what a homecoming, really, to find most everything I need for living well just waiting–hidden in full view–in Nature’s rhythms and abundance.

Growing up playing outdoors, I always sensed that Nature held the keys to truly living. Now Ayurveda unlocked the knowledge I needed to start living well–without suffering–through so many challenges and all my life stages. I could not be more grateful and well today!

Real life is full of variety. There is no boilerplate that fits us all. But there is a wisdom we can all use.

YOU have your own story, and your own unique own nature. Learning to recognize and care for your own nature and needs–and living in dynamic and energizing harmony with the forces of Nature–is just what the “doctor” orders!

Come discover the practical wisdom of Ayurveda, and get ready for your best years ever!

with care,
